2025 Accomplishments - Attended 10+ community events, building partnerships and raising awareness. - Hosted Annual Anniversary Celebration with 100+ attendees. - Inclusive Plays for Autism and Rett Syndrome Awareness reached 130+ families. - Project "Guide to Good Hygiene During Menstrual Periods" for girls with IDD.

TREY r e s e a r c h Due to limited funding these Programs were not focused on Transparency Matters Assistive Technology • We hope 2025 will be a year we can focus more on this program . Internship and Volunteer Program Though we still need volunteers, in 2024 during our fundraiser in July we had 321 Buddy Founder Alisha volunteer as our speaker for the day and our spotlight entertainer was Fantasy A . Our MC was Rachman, and food provided by Jajja. 6

TREY r e s e a r c h Add a footer Funding explained 10 • 2024 we received $18,511 of total donations. $1950 were through recurring donations, $4765 through Vending products supplied by the Ugandan team, $2265 from our fundraiser, and $9531 through extra donations. We are extremely thankful for everyone who supported us in 2024. In 2025, we are helping another Mother through our Mother Empowerment Program, looking for property to use, partnering and making connections with more businesses and nonprofits in our community, and continuing to provide awareness events. We are planning our 5th Anniversary Fundraiser and looking for volunteers for that. We are hoping in 2026 we will be able to offer internships for some of our Ugandan team.

Executive Note 2023 has been the third year in marking. We can not thank you enough for all the support we have received as a growing organization. We can not do this without you. Thank you for all the support for enabling us to continue our mission and vision for Bella Smiles for Developmental Disabilities. This report is to show with limited funding what we have been able to achieve. In 2023 we focused more here in Washington State and less in Uganda since 2022 we focused a lot on Uganda. Impacts Continued updating all our social media platforms on resources. Uploaded multiple informational videos on Youtube and Facebook. Celebrated Autism awareness and Rett Syndrome over a hundred attended. Awareness Program In Uganda, our mothers have been trained on how to use the ten donated sewing machines and have been making items that we use during vending over 15 mothers have been trained Empowerment Accessibility for our loved ones with mobility and motor skills. We were able to partner with assistive technology organizations and we are training our team on new usage of AI for communication devices. Assistive Technology Referred over 235 families to services in Washington including early intervention and state services Teddy, presented at Washington Council for Behavioral Health. Financial Sources What is the story Financial Overview ▪ Most of our funding has come from Individual donors including family and friends. We received $2715 in 2023 from recurring donors. ▪ We fundraise once a year on our anniversary in July 2023 we fundraised $4000. We received $1,500 from pre purchased tickets, We received 1,370 through electronic tickets at the event, and about $1,130 through other cash donations ▪ Most of the funds also come from vending events where we showcase the work of our mothers in Uganda over $10000. Challenges Capacity Building Limited Funding sources We continue to train and seek knowledge on how to empower our team in Washington and Uganda. Due to post COVID - 19 effective especially the global economic down falls our organization has not been able to pay overhead and offer all the necessary training. Our organization continues to seek grants and other financial sources for sustainability and continues to struggle in this area. Annual Report 14

We continue having new members as others find

Our own song done by Ugandan vocal traditional

musician Nandujja. We paid .... for it.

This song will

be used wherever we go in the communities.

We are in the process of registering in Uganda as a
